Hi there!

My name is Meriana and I'm the girl behind all the illustrations here. I've been drawing for as long as I can remember, and it's quite the dream to be able to create things that others can treasure. Thank you so much for supporting me!

A little bit about my process...

Seasoned With Salt Artist About 1 Frustrated Inspiration

It usually starts with me staring at my iPad (I tend to use ProCreate when I'm not painting with gouache), wondering what I could make next. Oh and coffee. I love a good smoky/nutty roast with some oatly in a cute mug. Depending on my mood, I'll use a different mug each time. And yes, cute mugs make it taste better!!

When I've stared at a blank page for what feels like forever, I'll usually give up being inside and head outdoors. Nature is FULL of inspiration, whether it be majestic (or even humble) mountains, unamused squirrels, or the neighbor's lovely mums, they all find a way to my heart.

So after I've dilly dallied for a bit outside, I'll do some personal research based on what I'm looking to make next. It could be a new card to encourage our wonderfully loving elders, or a notebook to support a newly dedicated friend. Meditating on different articles and supporting scriptures while coming up with an illustration in mind is usually key for me to come up with something new.

All of the illustrations on the stuff in my shop has been designed by myself in my home studio (or wherever I am!). It's with a lot of heart and a lot of love that everything is made.
