Shipping & Fulfillment

Thank you so much for supporting my work! Orders placed will be fulfilled (packed and ready for shipping) within 1-2 weeks of placement. This allows me to have time to take care of shop duties as well as balancing a pioneer schedule.

Please note that the fulfillment time frame does NOT include transit time. Depending on the shipping method you choose, orders can take from 2-7 days for delivery, up to 6 weeks for international orders. The shipping transit time is not always guaranteed by the shipping carrier, unless Priority Mail Express was chosen (in which the transit time is guaranteed by USPS).

I do my best to get your order shipped out within the 1-2 week time frame! Some items are made to order by a manufacturer (such as phone cases and certain mugs), in which the fulfillment time may be 3 weeks.

All orders will be processed in roughly 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise noted:

I totally understand that sometimes you're on a time crunch and need something last minute!

Please contact me via the CHAT on my website so that I can make accommodations for you. I'll do my best to respond as promptly as I can so that you can have what you need when you need it. At times, a rush fee may be necessary to have your order packed within 1 business day. That fee will cover the costs of fulfilling your order in that rush time frame. The rush fee does not include expedited shipping services, so if you need your order delivered as quickly as possible, be sure to select PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS for a guaranteed delivery date, or PRIORITY MAIL for an average of 2-3 day delivery.

Customs Fees and Taxes

Due to updated regulations for the EU and UK, I have decided to suspend sending orders there. For right now, it's a new process of handling taxes and fees and it's just more than I can handle. But if you know anyone here in the US that can send it for you, I'd be happy to ship it to them! Just be sure to use their address at checkout.

For orders shipping via UPS to Canada, I have noticed that packages tend to flagged for duties and taxes that must be payable by the recipient when receiving. This is something that the government has set up as it's basically a tax on your order. If you decided to not pay the fee and the package is returned back to me, the order will be refunded minus 20% restocking fee and less the shipping fee. This will help cover the cost on my end to fulfill the order as well as the cost to ship it to you. 

But to avoid that, pay the tax if it's happens and you'll have no issues! :) The savings cost between the postal service and UPS might just cover the cost of duties/fees that the government charges and just might arrive way quicker. This isn't a guarantee, just a personal observation.

I'm a pioneer! Do you offer pioneer discounts? 

Congratulations! It's a beautiful privilege to be able to do even more in Jehovah's service and something I'm grateful for to also serve as a pioneer. However, I don't offer any exclusive discounts for pioneers because I don't want those who had to step aside from pioneering or are unable to pioneer feel bad. But since we're all God's fellow workers, I try my best to offer the best prices that I can and occasionally have specials throughout the year.

I have a special event/anniversary approaching! Can you make custom personalized greeting cards, or any custom work? 

How exciting! Since I have my products manufactured in bulk, most items cannot be customized or personalized, especially greeting cards. At the moment, between my service schedule and working the shop, I don't have any open availability for custom work. 

What is your process? How do you make your designs? 

It all starts with an idea, then many hours of sketching, painting, then editing digitally to prepare the artwork for products. ALL of my illustrations are originally designed by myself and are NOT digital clip art. Every single piece of artwork that you see on my products were all painted with love by yours truly. It's a process I enjoy doing, as I spent many years growing up painting and drawing. Some of the mediums I use include gouache, acrylic gouache and watercolor. I use Strathmore Mixed Media paper for most of my colored illustrations, and Strathmore Bristol paper for any hand lettering. Simply Simmons brushes are my go to, and can be found at your local craft stores. They're great to use, and easy on the wallet!

I love your notebooks, but I want a digital version. Why do you not have all of your products available for digital download? 

I'm certainly grateful that you love my work! For my love of paper, I design most of my products to be enjoyed on paper. I take great pride in creating products of a specific quality, and having that control as to how it's produced is something that I work extensively on. Since all of my designs are original, all the way to the painted illustrations and most of the lettering which I do by hand, I prefer to keep them available only as hard copies to prevent reproduction and distribution of my work.

I'm on a strict budget/importing your products are quite expensive. Can I buy the digital files of your work to reproduce for my friends, family, or in my country? 

Long story short - no. All of my products have been designed and produced with a specific quality in mind, and to protect that quality and my brand, the only place where you can find my work is through my shop. Since I support myself financially solely through my shop, I rely on selling my beloved products through my shop here. I understand that shipping prices can be quite costly, but you can rest assured that every order you place warms my heart and brings a smile to my face. :)

I placed an order but quickly realized that I need to cancel it!
Reach out to me via CHAT on my website within 2 HOURS of your order placement. (Please include your name and order number).
Since orders are processed as they come, any cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible before it is packed and ready to ship. Please be sure when sending a request to cancel that you include your reasons for cancelling. 
Refunds for orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement and will be processed within 2-5 business days.
I received my order, but I no longer want it. Can I return it?
Have a change of heart after your order arrived? Sadly, I do not accept returns on orders after it has been packed and shipped. Please consider this when placing an order, as much love and work is involved in completing orders. Since this shop is run by myself in between my pioneer schedule and is my only source of support (besides Jehovah), I can't accept returns unless the items were damaged upon shipping (in which I will gladly provide a replacement!) 
Help! My order arrived broken!
I'm so sorry if your order arrived damaged or was missing an item! I'll do my best to make accommodations so that you're happy and the items are replaced.
At times, items may arrived damaged due to the shipping carrier. Please reach out to me within 7 days of receiving it so that I can do my best to send a replacement. For the quickest response, contact me via CHAT on my website!
Please note, damages are only covered when item is received damaged upon shipping. Replacements will not be sent if items are mishandled, broken, or have wear and tear by daily use.
